(g) Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity. (h) Involves data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality within the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Analytics Hub AI and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Analytics Hub AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1. "As Is" Basis. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
6.2. No Warranties. Analytics Hub AI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Analytics Hub AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
7. Termination
7.1. By User. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the Services or by contacting us directly.
7.2. By Analytics Hub AI. We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7.3. Effects of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Analytics Hub AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Services, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) your User Data.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
